So, I don't know when Santogold became Santigold, but regardless I'm glad she's back.

I remember watching her perform at a festival in Belgium a few years back & being rather mesmerized by her monochrome dancers.  That & being pummeled by the overly enthusiastic crowd who were beside me at the front railing.

I must endeavor to go see her again.

After being forced to listen to, not only Kanye West's back catalogue, but his life history during our cruise round Europe (thanks for that Ellie), I have decided that I don't despise him to quite the extent that I previously did.  In fact, & I do hate to admit it, but I almost quite like him now.  In fact, I think I like him quite a lot!

What I also like, is this track with Jay-Z.

In fact, I like it quite a lot.

Yet again my Track of the Week is featuring my all time favourite lover, David Macklovitch.  That's right folks, it's another Chromeo track.  You knows you loves it.

To think, if I didn't have my musikal correspondent Miss Eleanor Dunn, Mr Macklovitch & his beautiful musik would not be in my life.  I have a lot to be grateful for.

P.S. The Breakbot remix is also vraiment bien!  Perhaps especially because it is my lover & my favourite little French man combined (& yes, I have Miss Dunn to be thankful for him too!).

I have been so incredibly excited about this being my Track of the Week!  Can't even explain...But I shall try...

Basically, long story short, started having French trip breakdown, Ellie texted me this over excited information about a top secret & amazing event that had come up, that we had to ditch Bordeaux for.  I melted, listened to this track she sent me & got back on board.

I am now an obsessive Breakbot fan & this track fuses two passions, as it is a Metronomy track remixed by Breakbot!  Could it be any better!?

Despite a previous negative experience with Noah & The Whale at a Mercury Prize Session a few years ago, I have come around & begun to like them again.  I have learnt to forgive if not forget.  They have a couple of tracks I really like right now, but my Track of the Week is going to be:

Feeling very happy about this track currently.  Makes me feel a lil more positive when the gloom threatens to cover me.  Charlie Fink, I think you are now forgiven for telling me to shut up.  Just don't piss me off like that again, or you'll be dead to me!
